Join us for a fun day out and learn how to make your own cheese and find out some interesting facts about sheep milk.
We can cater for personalised groups or one on one. To ensure individual attention, groups are kept to a maximum of 10 people. Workshops start at 10am and finish up at 2pm.
With specialist instruction from Carolyn Davidson you will have your own hand-made sheep cheese to take with you at the end of the day, along with recipes for you to practice your new-found skills.
Morning tea, lunch, complimentary bottle of local wine, light refreshments and of course Towri’s famous grazing platter!
