How do you protect my cheese in the post?
We love our cheese as much as we’re sure you will. So, to ensure your cheese arrives in perfect condition we wrap it carefully and then place it in a special shipping esky with high-quality TechniIce(t) ice packs. We just wish that someone would pack us off that carefully when we travel!

When will my order ship?
We currently ship orders on Mondays to Wednesdays only, to ensure that your cheese can be delivered prior to the weekend (and hence doesn’t sit in a Post Office for a few days waiting for a Monday delivery to you). However if you have particular requirements or would like us to rush a shipment to you, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Why don’t you have exact weights on your cheeses?
Because we are a boutique cheesery, each cheese is individually crafted by hand. That means that – although we aim for consistency – each piece is unique and may vary slightly in weight. For the same reason, cheeses will vary slightly from batch to batch depending on a number of factors, including the pastures the ewes are grazing on, the stage of ewe lactation and so on.
I have a large order (or a trade order) – can you help me?
As we are a small cheesery, we do not usually have large stocks of each type of cheese. However, we would be delighted to work with you to fulfil your requirements, and ship the cheese to you appropriately. Please contact us for more information.
My order has been damaged in the mail – what do I do?
Firstly, let us extend our apologies. Very occasionally, despite our best preparation, the postal system is not kind to an esky and so an order is damaged due to circumstances out of our control. The best thing to do is to contact us and let us know.
