Join us for fun a day and learn how to make your own cheese and find out some interesting facts about sheep milk.

We can cater for personalised groups – or if it’s just you, book to join another group. To ensure individual attention, groups are kept to a maximum of 10 people. Workshops start at 10am and finish up at 2pm.

With specialist instruction from Carolyn Davidson you will have your own hand-made sheep cheese to take with you at the end of the day, along with recipes for you to practice your new-found skills.

Morning tea, lunch, light refreshments and of course cheese tasting are all included in the day.
