The Black Sheep is a Cheshire style cheese coated with an ash and salt rub before maturing.
A subtle earthy flavour in the rind makes this a must-try cheese.
This delicious sheep milk yoghurt cheese contains probiotics (for inner health) and varies seasonally at the cheese maker’s whim. You can select from natural or marinated (for example in Australian Extra Virgin olive oil, rosemary and peppercorns).
Serve with fresh hot bread and an un-wooded Chardonnay.
